I follow the human story inside the system.

It started with data.

I began in data analytics because I was fascinated by what information could reveal about people: what they do, what they value, and why they make the choices they make.

That work taught me to build dashboards, create repeatable processes, automate repetitive work, and find patterns in complicated systems. But the most interesting part was never the chart itself. It was the behavior and decision behind it.

My work has also developed into systems thinking and systems design. I like looking across the entire path of a problem, from the information someone encounters to the decisions they make and the people or systems responsible for what happens next. That perspective now shapes the products I build, the real estate work I do, and the business systems I design for others.

Then the setting changed.

Moving into real estate and product building gave that same curiosity a different place to work. Real estate made the connection between a decision and a life more immediate. A home is not only an asset. It shapes routines, relationships, and a person's sense of place.

Building Track The Stack brought together analytics, product design, and recurring participation. The numbers matter, but the real purpose is helping the person who keeps a group gathering.

Why it belongs together.

Analytics, real estate, poker nights, and local sports can look like separate worlds. I see a common set of questions:

• What makes participation feel easy?
• What information helps someone make a better decision?
• What does the organizer need that everyone else may never see?
• What makes a place or experience worth returning to?

I am interested in systems that create clarity without removing the human texture. The practical work is often organizing, simplifying, and improving. The larger goal is to help people take part in something that matters to them.
